..."the end of an era [w] is here. You have both worked so very hard to achieve what you have, making the business and yourselves what and who you are today.
You took something so small and made it into an incredible business. The 'baby' has gone from strength to strength, is nationally and internationally acclaimed and the two of you are known by everyone who matters in the industry (and those who don't!)
You should both be incredibly proud of yourselves for all that you have accomplished and on a more personal level, the positive influence you have had on your staff. How could we forget the afternoon drinks which always saw Paul presiding, high on a stool above everyone, filling us in on the latest endangered species of animal he had consumed of a meal...or you, Fran,stirring up the 'hoochie mania' in the office and telling stories that made us all giggle.."

[w] has been my second home and family - i've grown up a lot professionally and personally in this great working environment.
you guys have given me lots of opportunities, guidance and support to shine and develop as a designer.
