observations for today
it has taken awhile since last post. i needed a revamp not only of this site, but more of a "spring clean" of my soul.
so many decision making that are life changing and i must admit wasn't ready for it.
i always thought--- god will not give me anything i can't handle... but why does the same situation come up over and over again?
then i thought.. maybe just maybe "we" made a very tragic decision in "our" past lives.. and maybe that's why it keeps on repeating in every lifetime for "us" to choose the right path.... then i thought, when i finally have chosen the right decision.. maybe just maybe in our next life... we'll just pass by each other , on the street..look eye to eye, and for a moment we close our eyes and feel a moment of deja vu
to ponder onsoulmates? is there such thing--- past lives- does it even exist? horoscopes do they really work? and the biggest thing of all.. is there a god?
all of the thing that i respect and think of all the time.quite a contradiction to what im supposed to believe, growing up as a catholic.
i wasn't supposed to believe in those things, i was only to believe in one path god has chosen for me.
so how come those things make sense when its supposed to be bad/evil?
Love the strip along the top and would convince anyone that they should be part of your life...
(have to admit I'm attracted to the snow idea specially though) X

LOVE the website. It is VERY FUNKY!
Maybe there is room for the mystical arts within established religions. I don't beleive that God is this distant figure with a bookk listing our lives as a string of predetermined events that we struggle through until the nominated day of our death. To me, God is creative, joyous and deeply committed to every human being and their journey through life. Because we can choose what path we take, we can give God the opportunity to share in our joy, discovery, failure and pain.
I think that the crystals, palmistry, ouija boards etc are worth exploring with an open mind, because they may expand/reinforce our relationship with God and help us to challenge the doctrines we have come to accept as truths. I guess the danger lies in the extremes. To follow someone who gets up at dawn to face east and pray to a chunk of Amethyst for guidance is just as destructive as following the person who believes they know the date that the world will end and only a handful of people will be chosen for heaven, while the rest will burn in agony for eternity.

sometimes we fall in love with the right person but for the wrong concequences.
Thats what Ive learnt. Its all about timing. But the way I see it if you cant have that person now, pull all your strength and search with your heart in your next lifetime, you will find that special someone if you really want to be a part of them.

I was also raised as a Catholic. In my junior years we were forced to attend mass and do what all religious people do. I never really understood why I had to follow. Its not that I dont have any respect towards my parents and family and the religion, but I believe that God only wants us to decide for ourselves. I remember being ridiculed for not participating in any further religious events. All I wanted was to think for myself, and truly appreciate what life is all about. Ive come to a conclusion that Im only here to provide love, respect and appreciation towards people around me and my love ones. Simple but its what counts the most.

I know you've been thinking about a lot of things. You need to cheer up! So I thought Ill display my speech from your 26th B'day just to remind you how cool you are :)

Oh yeah I forgot to tell you... the site looks OK, from someone who's an amateur. I mean the title font needs a bit of work, I don't really like the layout of each page. I just thought you could do a bit better or professional knowing that your a Graphic Designer like me. But I geuss you wont reach my point. What is the whole concept behind your site? What do you want viewers to feel each time they visit? I really believe that you should take these points under consideration.
If you need some good pointers from someone I'm your man. One last thing I think you should get back to your design principles, just a suggestion.
hahahah!!! just kidding! I think the site looks unique and minimal. less is best. very clean, but its still in your face because of the content. Overall I like it. :)

I used to believe in soulmates.... but I don't anymore. I don't know when I lost my idealistic side, but I am pretty convinced it is gone. I think there are people who are better suited, and those that are not... a fried of mine once put it really well... "some people's faults clash with other people'scharacters" so that explains why we get along so well with some people, and other people give us the absolute shits.

take whatever you can from your catholic faith.
above all rest assured there is a Creator.
Talking to yourself and writing your journey journel is communicatiing with your Creator.

i do believe in my faith, but sometimes faith get tested, then it kicks me back in the face for even doubting in the first place :)
